Turkey Chili
It’s starting to get cold outside which means I’m ready to start cooking more comfort food inside and this Turkey Chili recipe hits the mark. I made it in my slow cooker (read notes at the end of the recipe on how to modify it for a slow cooker) which made it ridiculously effortless and delicious. The corn niblets (I used frozen ones) and red pepper gave it nice color and texture. I used 3, not 4 tablespoons of chili powder and that it gave it nice heat.
