Barry’s Bootcamp Outdoors

Barry’s Bootcamp -- Outdoors at Chestnut Hill.  I was a devotee of this workout pre-COVID and just tried their outdoor class and love it!  The 50 minute session is mostly strength/weights but there are cardio “bursts” mixed in to make for a great HIIT workout.  Although it’s outside, and socially distanced, masks are required which was actually just fine. I loved having my own headset so I could control the music volume.
