Return of the Dinner Party

We hosted our first dinner party in our home celebrating the Boston Ballet Gala 2021. While the programming was virtual, our interaction with our 8 guests was very much live! Like pre-Covid days, we enjoyed a cocktail hour, followed by a multi-course dinner followed by cigars, after dinner drinks and lots of conversation out on the patio on a balmy night. There was no doubt that all ten of us needed this return to intimate dialog where we could enjoy each other close up and in three dimensions. While I realize not everyone is ready for the return of the indoor dinner party, this group clearly was as midnight came and went and we were all still chatting away.
