Open Harbor

Harbor from the Holocaust. We really enjoyed this PBS film about how Shanghai opened its harbor and its community to over 18,000 Jews fleeing the Nazi regime.  It is a bit of Holocasust history seldom mentioned, but striking in magnitude (and magnanimity).  Thanks, Cousin Steve, for this recommendation!  Just 60 minutes long, it is a special film.
