Harissa Chicken Stir-Fry

So a few weeks ago, I recommended a recipe (One-Pot Shrimp with Harissa and Cous-Cous) and that is when I fell in love with harissa! Since I had just a little leftover from that recipe, I searched for stir-fry recipes that incorporated it. Voila! This stir-fry is simple yet has a wow-factor thanks to the spiciness of the harissa. I used shiitake mushrooms, peppers and onions but whatever veggies you have on hand will work fine.
