How do you want to feel?

How do you want to feel at the end of the day? I love to start out my daily journal with this question because it makes me think about 1) What I need today in particular 2) What actions will make me feel that way and 3) How I will be accountable to feel that way in the next 12 hours. So with that said, my intention today was to lay the groundwork for a weekly, one page curated list of what I love. I want to share my favorite podcasts, video links, articles, recipes, and books with friends, family and maybe even strangers. It feels risky and uncomfortable to launch my mini publication; outside my annual holiday card, I haven’t written anything for public consumption, but I think I have keen instincts about what qualifies as really good or really interesting. How do I want to feel at the end of today? Like I’ve accomplished something. So far, so good.
