Noom

I am a big fan of the Noom “life-changing results with psychology-based approach” app for losing and maintaining the weight you want. For me, a few pounds up or down can make a big difference, but more importantly, being aware of my eating habits and how I can modify the more negative ones trumps weight-loss. There is a monthly fee, but there is plenty of support that comes with the premium including a personal “coach”, group support if you want, and really informative and motivating content backed by medical research, nutritionists and psychologists. I know so many people who have lost their Covid pounds with Noom - 2 pounds, 10 pounds, 20 plus pounds. This app works and no, I am not getting a dime for promoting it.
