The Nutcracker

‘Tis the season and ‘tis the time to watch “The Nutcracker”. While you can’t go to the theater, you can turn your television on and watch a 1 hour long version of Mikko Nissinen’s Nutcracker being televised throughout New England on NBC10. Footage from Boston Ballet’s performance is beautifully edited and narrated. We all loved watching “The Nutcracker” during the Thanksgiving weekend, from my 6 year old niece to my not-a-ballet-fan brother. Herr Drosselmeyer, Clara, the Sugar Plum Fairy and Prince make it magical. The performance will be broadcast on several select days in December and will also be available for streaming on Peacock.
