Sheet-Pan Shrimp with Feta and Tomatoes

This is a super light dish so I would serve it as an appetizer or pair it with a delicious pasta or rice and salad for dinner. It’s fast, easy and delicious -- my favorite combination. It’s so straightforward that I have nothing left to say except make this on those nights you really don’t feel like cooking but want to eat something healthy as 10 minutes of prep and cooking time is all you need.
