Winter Squash Agrodolce

This squash was the simplest, yet most delicious dish I have made in months of constant cooking! I think it would be equally craveable with green beans and sugar or snap peas in place of the squash. I used one large jalapeno (half deseeded) in place of the 2 red chile peppers, cranberries instead of raisins, and added arugula and feta to finish it
