Todd Graves
Todd Graves started a fast food restaurant called Raising Cane’s in Baton Rouge when he was just out of college in 1996. With over 600 units today and still serving the same very basic menu of chicken fingers, crinkle fries, coleslaw and a few other items, he is committed to staying laser focussed and doing it better than anyone else (except maybe Chick-Fil-A?). As someone married to a quick-serve restaurateur, I loved listening to Todd’s narrative, but it will entertain anyone who loves to hear “How I Built This” stories. He is so enthusiastic, articulate and determined that you won’t want the podcast to end.
