Series: “Ugly Delicious” features chef David Chang of Momofuko fame.  He focusses on one food per episode (like fried chicken) and travels near and far to explore its roots and derivations.  Super entertaining. Netflix.

Documentary: “Very Ralph” features the life story of Ralph Lauren.  From growing up in the Bronx to becoming a billionaire fashion icon, this is a great movie about a fascinating man.  HBO.
