Sculpt + Burn

Nantucket Cycling and Fitness.  Sculpt. Burn. 30 minutes.  I especially like their 3-2-1 class with 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs done four times.  Lisa, Jen and Stacy talk about cocktails as they sweat it out.  Effective, fun and free.
