Apples, Honey and Pomegranate Crumb Pie

You never know where you’ll find a great recipe.  Leafing through the Birthright Israel Foundation’s holiday pamphlet, I happened upon this recipe and thought it looked good.  It was actually GREAT and so pretty with the pomegranate seeds flecked on top.  I think it’s a perfect dessert for Thanksgiving and the holidays.  The topping is more like a sweet crust than a traditional crumb topping which I like for a change of pace from an apple crisp.
