Bee Gees - How Can You Mend a Broken Heart

This documentary is fantastic! And that ain’t no “Jive Talking”. The Bee Gees not only did the soundtrack for “Saturday Night Fever” (which won the grammy for best Best Album), but they provided the soundtrack for my formative teen years in the 70's and 80’s. Before watching this film, I had no knowledge about their family dynamics, ability to rise, fall and rise again, nor of their uncanny talent to write and perform so many hit songs - they wrote over 1,000 songs! Frank Marshall directs this documentary brilliantly - it’s clean, it’s creative and incorporates interviews, old footage and lots of great music. Big shout-out to Fanny for a great rec!
