Should I Stay or Should I Go?

In the words of The Clash, one of the great bands who provided the background music to my formative high school and college years, I ponder this question. Should Bookmark This stay or should it go now? Bookmark This Volume #1 was delivered almost a year ago to the day on June 12, 2020. I was inspired to begin a weekly blog during COVID for multiple reasons: a) it gave me a sense of purpose and structure during the unsettling lifestyle changes brought on by the pandemic, b) it gave me sense of connection with family and friends during a time I craved it and c) it provided a creative outlet for me. Now, 12 months later, the restrictions of the pandemic are essentially gone and I, personally, am no longer cooking and streaming Netflix half as much.
