Sebastian Junger

I found this Tim Ferriss podcast starring author Sebastian Junger quite fascinating given the only thing I knew about him is that he wrote The Perfect Storm. Now I know a lot more and he does have a powerful voice indeed, not only on paper, but on air as well. While I didn’t agree with everything he said - like his views on child rearing - I certainly respect this clearly intelligent and curious thinker who just published his latest book, Freedom. They cover a lot of topics including Junger’s near-death experience that had a profound effect on his life choices after the fact.
