Chicken Parmesan

Joe Biden loves Italian cooking and ice cream and therefore I love Joe Biden! Jill Biden’s recipe for Chicken Parmesan looked good but very heavy and a bit fussy to make. I found this healthier version and it was excellent (just ask my four kids) and easy to make. I think the President-elect would approve.

Kamala Harris Cocktail

Truth be told, I haven’t actually made this yet, but it sounds complex, celebratory and delicious!  I’ll make it on January 20 as I toast Team Biden-Harris!  May they have many successes in their first term (but not too many cocktails).  Thanks to cousin Steve for sharing!
