Chocolate Chip Banana Bead

I have tried many Chocolate Chip Banana Bread recipes, but this one is different for one simple reason:  the chips it calls for are “mini” sized.  I had a eureka moment when I realized that it makes perfect sense to use small bits of chocolate as they disperse much more evenly throughout the bread. They are so light they float around the entire batter and find their little spot.  This recipe also uses all brown sugar (no white) and 4 bananas (not 3), so the result is a super moist and absolutely delicious treat.  Perfect for breakfast, snack or dessert, you and your loved ones will eat this up!
