Rewinding Time

I came to the realization this week that I had no idea what movies my kids watched 10, 11, 12 years ago as I was simply glad to have a break from Mom Duty. This week, with all the kids home, we watched a few of their favorite flicks from the early 2000’s. After all these years, I finally watched “13 Going on 30” which I loved! Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo are so adorable. And I’d never seen “Fired Up” (aka “FU”). Eleven years too late, I now realize how utterly inappropriate this film was for my then 7 and 9 year olds! Shout out to their Uncle David who took them to the theater in order to give me a break. FU is actually LOL if you don’t mind really foul language and lots of un-PC references.
