Fish with Broccolini

This dish was perfection.  I couldn’t find trout so subbed in arctic char (a member of the trout and salmon families) which made for a more attractive presentation in my opinion  (even raw as noted in picture) and it was delicious.  You know I love the one-pan dishes by now and have a new appreciation for broccolini, which I had never cooked before.  A nice change from traditional broccoli.  The drizzle of the olive oil/garlic mixture after it comes out of the oven is the secret sauce so to speak.
