French Dressing

They may not be sexy, but there is nothing that beats a great salad dressing.  The “family secret” recipe that my mother-in-law shared with me as a young bride is this classic French Dressing.  Using fresh herbs I grow in the summer -- basil, parsley, oregano, etc. is what puts this dressing over the top.  Just double or triple the recipe if making for a crowd
