What to do with a pound of ground chicken found in the freezer?  You should make this insanely delicious recipe and enjoy poultry in a format other than thigh or breast.  For this spicy, hearty recipe, I couldn’t find Thai chilis so I used one habanero, and skipped the cumin seeds because I had none.  As you’ll see, there are SO many spices and ingredients (savory, acidic, sweet) that the layers of flavor run deep.  It’s so fragrant and enticing that your guests (or spouse) will run, not walk to the table for dinner.  Serve it up with a fresh salad and perhaps some delicious bread to scoop up the remaining bits on your plate.
