LMNT

Leaning into the mind/body theme of this BMT, I encourage all my readers to get on the LMNT train and take a ride to Hydration Station! LMNTs are electrolyte drink packets you add to water -- they contain sodium, magnesium and potassium and no sugar.  I add a packet to my water bottle every morning and sip it during and after my workout.  I feel renewed, hydrated and sharper after drinking my LMNT.
