Spicy Sheet Pan Chicken

Another winner, chicken dinner!  I used snap peas instead of kale (‘cause I had them) so feel free to substitute your favorite green veggie as this recipe is very user-friendly.  The harissa/yogurt marinade is simple but makes all the difference in creating chicken that is moist and tasty.  You get your protein, veggies and starch all coming out of the oven on a single pan so you look like a rock star, and whoever does the dishes has it easy.  The herb oil drizzled over the top is the pièce de résistance and elevates the dish to another level.
