Maple-Miso Salmon with Green Beans
When your good friend (Jamie) is a really good cook and she says, “make this”, you listen. This salmon recipe is easy, flavor-packed and there’s only a sheet-pan to clean up. I went easy on the maple syrup and the miso as I didn't want to hide the natural fish flavor, but otherwise followed the instructions. You could sub cod for the salmon or broccolini for the beans. Not sure that Julia Child would be impressed (see below), but it was a delightful dinner for me and the hubby.
