Olive Kittredge

This Pulitzer prize winning book published in 2008 is beautifully constructed and written. I know I’m late to the game to recommend it, but now that my world is open to Elizabeth Strout - I just purchased her latest book “Oh, William!” - I am very excited to explore her other books. Olive Kitteridge is the feisty protagonist connecting the book’s thirteen stories. She appears in each one, sometimes as a primary character, sometimes as a secondary and sometimes only as a mention.
