Dijon Salmon Marinade

I make salmon weekly and prepare it the same way every time. Ho hum. But I decided to change things up by following an actual marinade recipe. Though simple, it was really good! The avocado oil definitely added a certain je ne sais quoi, and just measuring out ingredients to get the perfect proportions brought the taste value up a few notches.
