Romaine and Charred Corn with Avo Dressing

It’s so easy to make the same old salad and the same old salad dressing time and time again. But thanks to Sabrina, inspired by fresh corn on the cob, she found this winner of a salad that is crisp, fresh and incorporates creamy avocado. I got so in the habit of using green leafy lettuces that I forgot about the crunchy goodness of Romaine. The ingredients are so basic, you probably have most of them in your fridge and cupboard already so why not add this to your summer repertoire?
