Easy Skillet Brownies

Who doesn’t like a moist, warm, chewy brownie?  And what is better than mixing it and baking it in the same pan? Enter Melissa Clark’s recipe found in the NYTimes Cooking App.  She never lets me down and I love this dessert to serve guests on a cold winter’s night - the quintessential comfort food.  Add a dollop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (or both) to each slice and they’re bound to ask for seconds.
