Grilled Marinated Swordfish
I am fish-centric this summer as it is extremely available, fresh and desired by family and guests. To that end, I seek out simple recipes that add just a touch of flavor but don’t overwhelm the essence of the protein. Enter this marinade from the NYTimes Cooking App which incorporates soy sauce, vinegar, coriander and cumin to make a lovely complement to the swordfish. I served it with a fresh green salad and a garlic herb pilaf. Yum!
