“Atomic Habits”

Habits are hard to break but James Clear has made an academic study of this particular human behavior and offers understandable, realistic and step-by-step ways to make changes in your lifestyle choices.  I particularly loved the chapter summaries that give the reader specific steps for achieving that lesson’s learnings.  Clear also has a great “Atomic Habits” website that summarizes his key insights and will help you break a bad habit and/or create a good one.
