Freaky

Honestly, I didn’t think I would like this film as it has a horror-movie component to it. But unlike a “Halloween” flick, “Freaky'' is poking fun at the typical horror film elements so it doesn’t seem too real nor too scary. Vince Vaughn is the killer but ends up trading bodies (think “Freaky Friday'') with a sweet, blond teen-ager played by Katherine Newton. It’s very amusing to see Vince act like a petite and insecure high-schooler, while Katherine is a scary, monster-like murderer. The supporting cast is excellent and this movie is ultimately light, fun and different. On Netflix.
