Miso Glazed Black Cod (inspired by chef Matsuhisa Nobu)

I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Nobu Malibu last month so I just had to try out this recipe that my friend Robin raved about. It was so much easier than I had imagined and so different from the typical ingredients I use. Yeah, and it was delicious too! The recipe for Coconut Ginger Rice is also included and it was a great accompaniment, but any coconut rice or Soba noodle recipe would pair great with the fish. Having miso paste and mirin in my stockpile now will inspire me to try more Asian inspired dishes. Stay tuned!
