One-Pot Moroccan Chicken
This is the perfect recipe to make if your husband is allergic to chickpeas and he’s out of town. I did just that earlier this week for my boys and it not only filled them up, it filled the house with a middle-eastern fragrance composed of cumin, coriander, cinnamon and more. I used a very big chicken but as the recipe instructs, it’s cooked through in about 25 minutes.
