Panera Bread

Yeah, I may be just the slightest bit biased, but I truly do believe that Panera Bread offers a great combination of delicious menu items made with quality ingredients, a nice customer service experience, and a pleasant dining room environment. While I typically get one of the delicious salads or soups, I can’t resist a ridiculously good Kitchen Sink Cookie or Asiago Cheese Focaccia now and then. As I ate my Chicken Noodle soup in the Natick cafe today, it was bustling with customers; but it should be noted that 18 months ago, business fell off dramatically and the future of Panera Bread was precarious. Many sacrifices, excellent strategic decisions and quick pivots allowed them to “rise” once again. And that is a loud shout out to my wonderful husband, his business partner David and their spectacular team at PR Restaurants!
