New “Release”

Sticking to the theme of nepotism, I am also very proud to promote Sabrina’s latest dance video creation featuring Paulo Arrais, principal dancer with Boston Ballet. As Sabrina builds her film portfolio of music and dance artists, she is experimenting with lighting, editing and color/granularity. “Release” is a short 2 minute exploration of Paulo’s incredible flexibility, muscularity and artistry set to music by Mozart. I am proud to say I played a tiny role in “Release” as I shot Paulo from various angles with a small camcorder as Sabrina used her “real” camera. I learned so much about my daughter and her art as we filmed the amazing Paulo together.
